Job overview
We are seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to join our successful team. As a valued member of the Cover Supervisor Team, the post holder will work under the direction of the Deputy Director of Learning for SEN & Learning Support to provide cover predominantly for absent teaching staff. The role includes overseeing students in the completion of pre-set work and managing students’ classroom behaviour. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, confident and able to work using their own initiative to get the very best out of the students at the Trust when working in the classroom.
