Actual salary paid £17,007 - £18,773 per annum
37 hours per week (term time only)

We are looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor. The successful candidate will be required to provide classroom supervision in the event of teaching staff being absent from work or otherwise unavailable. When not being used for cover, the successful candidate will provide classroom & administrative support as required.
You will need to be flexible, have a desire to work with young people and a calm and authoritative manner. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is considering a career in teaching or for someone qualified but seeking further school experience.
The Oakwood Academy is working in partnership with The Redhill Academy Trust. The Academy is also a member of Redhill College of Leadership and Development and as such there are excellent CPD opportunities and a chance to work alongside colleagues from other high-performing schools in the region. The Trust also leads the regional Teaching School Hub, delivering local teacher training and the National Professional Qualifications for teachers. Oakwood became an academy, sponsored by The Redhill Academy Trust, on April 1st 2015.
