Cover supervisors needed in Nottingham to start ASAP. Ideal candidates will be sports coaches, dance instructors and anyone with experience looking after groups of children.
There’s a huge demand for Cover Supervisors from the schools we work with in Nottingham. The role of a Cover Supervisor is incredibly varied and entails you covering potentially any lesson the school needs you to. Subject knowledge and experience in teaching is not necessary as work will be set and it is simply your job to keep the pupils on task.
You will be working in very welcoming schools with strong leadership that support staff. This is highly rewarding work and a great way to gain experience in schools should you want to pursue a career in education.
The skills needed for this role are:
- Excellent behaviour management
- Confidence in delivering exciting coaching sessions and pre-planned lessons
- Ability to build strong relationships with both pupils and staff
- Strong time keeping and organisation
