Cover Supervisor

Aspirations Academies Trust is looking to recruit two excellent Cover Supervisors to be based at Wykham Park Academy, Banbury to cover classes whilst the substantive teacher is unable to. 

Working hours for this role are - 30 hours per week (5 days per week, 6 hours a day), term time only + 5 training days (39 weeks)

This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in working in a classroom environment to gain more experience and develop effective teaching skills.

As a Cover Supervisor you will be a kind and calm individual who can foster positive relationships rapidly, an optimist who will go the extra mile to ensure the life chances and ‘cultural capital’ of all our pupils are maximised and be a student-centred practitioner.
