Contract: Fixed term for 1 year from January 2018 - 37 hours per week, Term Time Only (39 weeks)

Governors wish to appoint a Cover Supervisor to supervise classes of students and provide curriculum support under the guidance of teaching staff. The role will also involve administrative tasks, managing student behaviour and data, implementing schemes of work programmes, and liaising with parents.

The post holders should have: -

  • Experience of working with young people in a secondary school setting
  • A good standard of education
  • Sound organisational, communication and ICT skills
  • A firm and fair approach
  • A commitment to supporting the school and its policies
  • A willingness to take part in relevant training (CPD held on a Wednesday until 4.30pm)
