At this time USP College are looking to appoint a self-motivated individual for the post of Curriculum Administrator. This post is to provide an effective and efficient level of administrative support, demonstrated and delivered by working collaboratively and flexibly within the central Administration function.

The post requires someone with experience of working in a fast paced office environment undertaking a busy role so needs a “can do” attitude. You will require a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and how to apply if effectively, specifically Excel, Word and Powerpoint.

You will need the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team where you can demonstrate an effective contribution. You must also have the ability to handle difficult situations with sensitivity and discretion.

Additionally, you will have good communication skills and be able to prioritise your work independently, using your own initiative as appropriate. You will work autonomously and be accountable for your work.

This role is considered exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the amendments to the Exceptions Order 1975, 2013 and 2020.
