Curriculum Managers are key members of the College Leadership structure and are responsible for managing a number of curriculum areas. You will have teaching experience as well as the skills to plan, develop and monitor an innovative curriculum, incorporating both Study Programmes and Apprenticeships.

These are important roles within the College Leadership Team, managing and developing these growing sectors, reporting to the Faculty Director for your area of expertise and contributing to the overall leadership and direction of the College as a whole.

You will have significant experience of managing the curriculum delivery teams in the post 16 sector, excellent communication skills and knowledge or industrial experience in your relevant sector. You will be capable of implementing and leading improvement in these curriculum areas and demonstrating its impact in terms of tangible results.  You will also use your skills to motivate and inspire teams to embrace continuous change helping to ensure that the College is Ofsted ready at all times in these sectors.
