We are looking for a Curriculum Team Leader of MFL who can demonstrate they are an exceptional MFL Teacher and inspirational leader to lead the MFL Team. You will be required to teach Spanish to A Level. The ability to be able teach either French or German to GCSE would be advantageous. As an integral member of the school’s middle leadership team you will be instrumental in continuing and developing the quality of learning and teaching provision. Additionally, you will have an opportunity to contribute to curriculum development across the School. You will evaluate the quality of teaching and standards of students’ achievements and set targets for improvements.
You will be striving for excellence at every opportunity and commit to sharing best practice with others. You will use your extensive subject knowledge and vision to deliver ambitious and high quality learning and teaching opportunities to secure the best outcomes for all students in the subjects within the faculty. You will also possess extensive subject knowledge and have the ability to inspire and challenge student learning and progress across all Key Stages. Above all, you will have a passion for your subject.
