This full-time appointment is year-round, working 40 hours per week, with 30 days' annual leave to be taken in school holidays by agreement with the Head. The post holder will be required to work on A level and GCSE exam release data in August.

We are seeking to appoint a Data Administrator. Reporting to the Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for managing the school database and management information system. The school currently uses a 3Sys system but familiarity with iSams would be desirable. You will be a highly motivated individual, analytical with an attention to detail and able to work independently providing school-wide support on all areas relating to student data. The role requires a high degree of accuracy and tasks are time critical. As the main point of contact for data management, you will liaise with system providers, senior leaders and the academic data coordinator overseeing the production and issue of reports, entering data and producing returns.
- Educated to at least A level and highly competent in the use of IT, including specific data packages.
- Experience of using WCBS/Pass/3Sys and parent pay desirable, although training will be provided.
- Responsible for data management within the school; you must have the ability to manipulate, analyse and report on data accurately.
- Ability to take initiative, with excellent technical, administrative and organisational skills.
- Must be able to prioritise workload managing varying deadlines and highly sensitive and confidential information.
Experience of a similar role in an education setting is highly desirable.
