Westminster City School is a successful 11-18 boys’ Christian non-denominational comprehensive academy with a mixed Sixth Form. We are therefore seeking to recruit a professional and highly skilled data analyst to specifically focus on improving and developing progress and achievement in Key Stage 3 and across Key Stage 4 and 5.
This role is an essential component in our staffing structure. We are looking for a Data and Impact Analyst who will regularly extract, manipulate and analyse data in order for middle and senior leaders to provide relevant and appropriate support, intervention and enrichment to students at all key stages. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and producing accurate and timely reports containing key data from across all Years 7 to Year 13. By using specific software including SIMS, SISRA, Sig+, ALPS and/or other systems, the Data and Exams Manager will produce data analysis reports for the school’s Leadership Group and Governing Body. The successful applicant will ensure that data is presented in a manner suitable for all users so that they may in turn improve pupil progress and outcomes (including individuals, and specific groups such as FSM, EAL, SEND). We are looking for someone who takes initiative, is able to work under pressure with a wide range of people in a dynamic and exciting secondary school context.
A key element of the post holder’s responsibility will be the leadership of internal and external assessments and they will be able to confidently lead a team of invigilators so that all requirements of the JCQ are adhered to.

Salary Range: PO2 – Range Points 35-38 (£37,023.91 to £39,892.69 1.0FTE) Actual pay = £34,934.34 to £37,641.21 (94.36 FTE) + TLR for additional responsibilities
Working time: Term Time Only + 15 Days (attendance in the school holidays for support with exam results and enrolment)
