Laisterdyke Leadership Academy is a partnership between pupils, staff, parents and our wider stakeholder community. We are looking to appoint a Data and Systems Manager at this formative and exciting time in the school’s life.


You will:

  • have the ability to develop and manage data collection and reporting systems effectively and efficiently  
  • have experience of data analysis / management software (school uses SISRA currently)
  • have the ability to provide data support to senior leaders
  • have 5 A*-C GCSE including English and Maths
  • be confident, professional and able to work both independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • have the ability to work quickly, efficiently and accurately, especially when under pressure, and be able to meet deadlines
  • have a strong commitment to the personal, spiritual, social and health development of young people.

Laisterdyke Leadership Academy is a secondary school for 11 to 18 year olds in Bradford. We joined Star Academies in 2016 and, like all Star schools, we have a leadership specialism.
