Band 3 whole range. 

£18,672 to £23,111 plus £597 outer fringe allowance.

Pro rata £17,185 to £21,143

37 hours per week term time, inset days plus 2 weeks.

We are seeking a Data and Timetabling Coordinator to maintain the School Information Management Systems (SIMS) and Go4Schools, and to assist in timetabling construction and maintenance. In addition, the successful candidate will have the ability to analyse school performance data from various sources and to make accurate statistical returns, as required.

The successful candidate will have experience in data management, ideally having used SIMS and Nova T to support data management functions and planning. Outstanding organisational ability and an eye for detail are essential requirements.

Shenfield High School is a co-educational, non-denominational 11-18 secondary school located in Brentwood, Essex. At its most recent inspection there were 1,145 students aged 11-18 on the school roll, 350 of whom studied in the sixth form. The area of Shenfield has a population of 5,500 and is serviced by a station on the Liverpool Street Line, which will be the final stop on the Crossrail Elizabeth Line. 

Shenfield High School was opened in 1962 and converted to academy status in 2012. 

The school is underpinned by its philosophy of "Learning for Life" and promotes Learning, Respoect, Responsibility, Security, community & Success as its key values.
