Colchester High School is a delightful, non-selective, co-educational independent school for pupils aged 3 to 16 situated in a row of town houses in the centre of Colchester Town. As part of Cognita, one of the largest global school groups, we offer a seamless educational journey from nursery through to GCSE, helping our pupils exceed their own expectations.
The school is looking for someone, who is highly skilled and experienced in MIS, to join the school as a Database and Assessment Coordinator. The role is for part-time work and will be, principally, a remote position. There is an expectation that some work will be done at the school in order to build relationships with staff and to learn about the school's data needs and requirements.
The right candidate will have excellent working knowledge of database design, monitoring database efficiency and data handling systems. They will have sound knowledge of ‘relational database management systems (RDBMS) and other database management system. Some Exams management experience would also be welcome.
Cognita Schools are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment. Safer recruitment practice and pre-employment background checks will be undertaken before any appointment is confirmed.
