Based in Lincoln, you’ll be joining a committed and successful central team that will look to you for leadership, support and challenge. You’ll work closely with our CEO, influencing and leading at a strategic level on key priorities across the trust. You’ll also have the opportunity to work directly with a group of committed and ambitious leaders in one of our three ‘hubs’ - providing strategic direction and school improvement support for a small group of schools.

We’re a creative and inclusive organisation, willing to embrace new ideas and innovative ways of working and will look to you to inspire and challenge us.  You’ll work collaboratively and shape effective partnerships with a variety of stakeholders across the trust and beyond, seizing initiatives and inspiring and motivating others to embrace new opportunities.

We welcome applications from candidates of all faiths and none, although you must be able to convey an understanding and appreciation of the deep and powerful values we hold as a faith trust.

You will:

  • Support and challenge leaders at all levels to be servant leaders sharing the responsibility for all of the children in all of the schools
  • Hold true to our values and aspirations keeping all children at the heart of all of our decisions
  • Help build a family of schools with strong Christian values at the centre of all that we do flowing out to transform local communities
  • Most importantly, you’ll bring a passion for developing, with schools, a creative and multi-faceted school improvement strategy which will enable the school communities to flourish through ‘excellence, exploration and encouragement’ within the love of God.
