Woodside School is an all age special school for pupils with a primary diagnosis of autism. We are located in the London Borough of Bexley. The school has faced challenges in the past but is now flourishing and vibrant. We pride ourselves on being a learning community. Our many visitors to the school frequently comment on the warmth of the welcome they receive and how much pupils and staff enjoy being at school. The school is part of the Belmont Woodside Federation and is led by a Head of School supported by the Federation’s Executive Head Teacher. Our leadership team is expanding due to changing needs within the school and we are looking to recruit two substantive Deputy Heads to lead on key areas including teaching, learning and the curriculum and support for the pastoral care and welfare of all pupils. We welcome general leadership applications but are also interested in applications that highlight particular areas of interest or expertise.

Closing Date: 18/03/18
