The successful candidate will:

• Be an outstanding classroom practitioner delivering high standards of attainment and progress
• Have a clear understanding of how to analyse data in order to identify strengths and areas for development
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have the experience, vision and confidence to lead, enthuse and inspire all children, staff, parents and governors
• Have the ability to develop teachers’ skills through coaching and mentoring.
