This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional current or aspiring senior leader to join the STAHS Executive Team in leading our ambitious and highly successful school. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate sound judgement, the ability to manage several projects at once and a keen interest in and understanding of all aspects of pastoral care in schools. You will be an outstanding classroom teacher (any subject specialism taught at STAHS will be considered) with experience of leading on whole-school initiatives and delivering on strategic vision. You will have a keen eye for detail, and will enjoy keeping abreast of developments in safeguarding, pastoral care and education in general.
