Over the past year, despite the pandemic, The Mandeville School has demonstrated the capacity for rapid improvement. As part of this process of continued improvement we are looking to appoint an outstanding and committed Deputy Headteacher. They will lead on the development of students' behaviour and creating outstanding co-curricular provision that develops the ‘whole child’.

With just over 1,000 students on roll we are a popular school in the heart of Buckinghamshire. We’re fortunate to be based in a diverse, supportive and ever-changing community in Aylesbury and our students are respectful, hardworking and eager to succeed, borne out by our high attendance figures.
