Deputy Headteacher (Inclusion)

All Saints Academy, Plymouth which has recently become part of our family of schools is looking to appoint an inspirational and energetic Deputy Headteacher to lead on inclusion. This is an outstanding leadership opportunity to have an immediate impact on the next key phase of the academy’s development. 

To be successful you will have a proven track record in the strategic leadership of inclusion, be passionate about improving outcomes and life chances for children and be a strong advocate for class-based learning. You will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of multi-agency working, have experience of working with families and the wider community and the ability to identify and broker decisive interventions that count.

You will engender enthusiasm and drive throughout the staff, nurture a culture of ambition and continuous improvement and demonstrate a clear commitment to all aspects of safeguarding.
