We seek to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Deputy Headteacher who is able to work as part of a team, in our Secondary School to further improve standards of learning and teaching for all. Through the role you will inspire, challenge, support and empower students and staff to achieve all they can be, really embodying the Towards Greater Heights ethos.

We are looking for candidates who are outstanding classroom practitioners, possess excellent organisational skills, demonstrate attention to detail and have the ability to motivate and support colleagues.

As part of a progressive Senior Management Team, candidates must have experience of curriculum leadership and take positive action to promote school improvement.  The successful candidate will have a commitment to working with student, teachers, parents and fellow administrators and other stakeholders.
