This is an exciting time for the Academy and the chance to shape the future direction of travel along with the recently appointed Headteacher.
The school is seeking to appoint an outstanding, motivated, inspirational teacher and creative leader who is passionate about safeguarding, child protection, the well-being of our students and their positive personal development. You will make a difference to the whole TEMA community. You will provide vision and strategic leadership to a team committed to improving outcomes for our young people. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work with and motivate a wide range of people and students. You will be a champion for safeguarding in the school.
You will join a team of ambitious senior leaders and will assist the Senior Leadership Team in providing a high level strategic, management and operational direction for the school. You will have the opportunity to make a considerable impact on the future direction of the school.

Shortlisting is scheduled to take place on Wednesday 23rd January 2019 and interviews are scheduled to take place over two days on Monday 28th January 2019 / Tuesday 29th January 2019.
