A fantastic opportunity is awaiting you; the chance to become a key senior leader within our primary phase. Northern Parade Infant and Junior School is seeking a Deputy Headteacher who can inspire, challenge and motivate both children and staff.

The successful candidate will be ambitious and driven with the vision and talent to create an outstanding team and to bring alive the curriculum through inspirational learning and a creative approach leading to outstanding outcomes which will be shared with others. You will have a proven track record of leadership, the skills to promote the ethos and values of the Academies, as well as offering high quality support to staff.

The Deputy Headteacher will work alongside the Headteacher, to ensure the smooth day to day running of Northern Parade Infant and Junior School whilst also promoting the highest quality of teaching and learning across the primary phase.

The successful candidate should be an excellent classroom teacher as well as an experienced leader. They will be a team player and will get stuck in and involve themselves in the wider aspects of academy life. A genuine commitment to our ‘whatever it takes’ ethos is essential to enable every child at Northern Parade Infant and Junior School to thrive.
