- Sixth Form Boarding House – permanent contract, commencing September 2018
- Junior Boarding House – maternity cover contract, commencing Summer term (April) 2018
At Cheltenham Ladies’ College, we aim to provide a strong support network for every one of our pupils. Around 670 girls board with us in one of our 11 sixth form and junior Boarding Houses and your role will be at the heart of this pastoral care as you join one of our dedicated professional teams working under an individual Housemistress.
In addition to looking after our girls’ wellbeing, you’ll help with the day-to-day running of the house and more. There is a range of work patterns available, with allocated time off. As part of a close-knit community in the centre of Cheltenham, you will also have easy access to all of the facilities that this thriving town has to offer.

To be considered for the role of Deputy Housemistress you will have the ability to supervise, encourage and motivate staff. You will deputise for the Housemistress in her absence and will be responsible for assisting in the smooth running of the House together with coordinating and prioritising work schedules and delegating effectively to the team. Good administrative skills and the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships are a must.
