Hornbeam Academy Trust is a growing Multi Academy Trust of Special Schools and Specialist Provision in East London and Essex. It is made up of the Hornbeam Academy in Waltham Forest, Dycorts School and Ravensbourne School in Havering and the Hospital and Home Teaching Service based at Whipps Cross University Hospital.

We are seeking two exceptional candidates to be part of the senior leadership team for two of our schools within our Trust. Based in either Woodford Green or Harold Hill, you will support the Principal to create an outstanding provision which prepares children and young people for the next steps in their life as independent and happy adults.

You should share our values which include putting children and young people first, ensuring excellence in all we do and prioritising what happens in the classroom. Candidates should be inspiring leaders as well as outstanding practitioners who can motivate, manage and build effective teams.
