Required for September 2020 a successful teacher of Design and Technology to join a well-resourced and highly collaborative department.  The ability to teach product design throughout the 11-18 age range is desired.


This is a post that is suitable for both new entrants to the profession and/or experienced colleagues wishing to broaden their experience.


The school offers a full range of courses at KS3/4 and an innovative 14-19 vocational and post 16 curriculum.  There will be the opportunity to teach GCSE, A/S and/or A2 groups.  The ability to deliver specialism in workshop skills, graphics, and CADCAM is required.


The school makes wide use of portable devices for eLearning.  The successful applicant will be a skilled ICT user, able to take full advantage of the school’s e-learning programme for staff, students and families. The Arnewood School is set at the edge of the New Forest National Park, close to the south coast and serves a town with many attractive amenities.
