Cheltenham College is a thriving community, with over 1000 pupils from the Prep and Senior Schools combined, cared for by over 500 support and academic staff.

Your contribution

In the role of Development Manager, you will work closely with the Development Director in securing major gifts and lifelong engagement in support of the school. This would be a fantastic role for a passionate and motivated individual with ambitions of heading up their own department at some point in the future.

There are some exciting projects on the horizon and the postholder should relish the opportunity to:

  • get stuck into some serious campaign work at all stages of the process
  • revamp the regular giving campaign
  • progress professionally
