The College is seeking a qualified and experienced Middle Leader to join our Academic Staff from the commencement of Semester 2, 2021 to ensure the delivery of rigorous opportunities for learning progress for all students, especially high potential students.
This is a tier 3 position. This is a full-time continuing teaching appointment, with an initial three-year appointment as Middle Leader. Two subsequent three-year appointments as Middle Leader will be offered following a successful performance review.
The successful applicant will possess refined communication and interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate experience in identifying and supporting students to achieve their potential. They will be able to confidently work with Academic Staff, School Officers and the College Leadership Team to ensure high expectations for student well-being, engagement and learning progression are maintained.
The Middle Leader of Differentiated Pedagogies will actively promote and lead Inclusive Practice through quality Learning and Teaching Frameworks and a clearly articulated vision that is coherent with College and system priorities.

- hold current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers; and
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
