Digital Marketing Assistant, Mexico 

Is digital marketing and social media your thing?

If yes, then we are looking for a new Digital Marketing Assistant to oversee the administration and maintenance of our websites. It’s an important role, as you will also be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of our digital marketing activities across the Americas region.

You’ll have the focus to get hands-on with delivering web and digital support to our marketing teams within Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, USA and UK, and have the opportunity to work with SEO, Google Adwords, Display and Analytics.

Responsible for editing, updating and management of our websites, you will also support the creation and maintenance of web forms, including reporting and monitoring.  As a team we also process different marketing data sources, and you will be key in ensuring everything is integrated and understood.

Using our marketing automation system you create, deliver and track email-marketing campaigns, and through a help-desk format also be responsible for all our online-shared marketing systems (such as Survey Monkey, Formstack, GoToWebinar, Wufoo, among others) helping our marketing stakeholders through the region.

We have many different target audiences and through our social media platforms within each specific market, you will assist the design, execution and monitoring of the impact our digital marketing endeavours are achieving.

What we are looking for

A proactive and creative professional with the ability to deliver hands-on support to the team, your collaboration skills will be key in ensuring our marketing results reflect a high-level of productivity. As a highly motivated individual, you’ll be willing to work in partnership and assist our international team. In return, you'll be supported in your self-development, as you keep updated and recommend best practices on how we deliver results.

With either a degree, or demonstrable skills experience, ideally you’ll already be Google certified and have Digital Marketing qualifications. 

With demonstrable experience in digital marketing tools and content management systems, you will have experience of managing and editing websites.

With analytical and communicative skills, you will be a natural collaborator and ever resourceful.   Multitasking will be key!
