We are in an exciting position to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic Digital specialist to lead on Digital delivery and recruitment for our apprenticeship provision. 


The successful candidate will drive forward the growth and development of this curriculum area focusing on quality of teaching and learning, outstanding student and employer experiences and oversee recruitment and efficiency of delivery. Reporting to the Work Based Manager you will take a key role in driving this curriculum developing and teaching digital and data analysis apprenticeship standards in line with the requirements of our customers. 


Applicants must have a minimum Level 2 maths and English qualification and a Level 4 or equivalent Digital/IT qualification. 


Although the candidate will be home based to teach and mentor a caseload of apprentices, a variety of delivery methods will be required e.g. classroom, remote learning, group activities and 1-1. 


You will be required to carry out workplace visits with each employer to develop and maintain relationships and to provide teaching, coaching and mentoring to ensure successful completion of the apprentices chosen standard. You will compile and maintain documentation on the e-portfolio system in line with quality standards and funding compliance. 


You will be responsible for developing our digital offer and will take responsibility for the whole learner journey. This includes providing advice and guidance to all stakeholders, enrolment onto the correct programme of learning, creating and delivering a bespoke delivery plan, employer liaison and preparing apprentices for end point assessment.


Flexibility to work additional hours when required and undertake travel is also essential.
