Camden Centre for Learning (CCfL) is an innovative and collaborative education provision serving Key Stage 3 and 4 students. We support and care for the social, emotional and mental health development of children aged 11 to 16.

Our core business of education is organised through two schools split by Key Stage and delivered by talented and dedicated staff. We have a committed governing body and a supportive local authority, who together help to promote our centre of excellence.

The Director of CCfL will be our champion and the example to follow. This will include building on the nurture principles already established, while ensuring that effective approaches to meeting the needs of young people and their families is maintained. It will also include strengthening the collaborative relationships that exist with partners; and developing the curriculum to meet pupil’s needs while thinking of creative ways to develop our provision in the challenging financial climate.

Our exceptional candidate will be able to inspire the whole school community with a clear vision that promotes excellence. A good understanding of children with complex needs is essential, as will be a belief in a multi-agency approach to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, governors, the LA and the wider community.
