 Appointment of a Director (Consultant)

· We are looking for an exceptional professional to fill this important post;

· Candidates must have the experience, the knowledge and the vision to take forward the work of our highly successful partnership of schools in WOWS;

· Candidates must have experience as a Senior Leader of a successful school;

· Candidates must be able to both challenge and support member schools;

· Candidates must have a thorough knowledge of educational data and data analysis;

· Candidates must have a proven recent knowledge and understanding of school improvement;

· Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills.

The Director will be required to work as a consultant for 49 days during the academic year 2018/19 at £500 per day (The post will be reviewed at the end of this period). This post is subject to enhanced D.B.S. procedures
