Director for Central Services and Schools

The Eden Academy Trust is looking to appoint a Director for Central Services and Schools; this is an exceptional opportunity for an outstanding professional.

Salary range: Leadership scale, point 29-38 (£84,979 - £105,145).

The Eden Academy Trust are looking to appoint an exceptional candidate into the new and exciting role of Director for Central Services and Schools. This cross-academy role forms part of the Senior Leadership Team of the Trust and the successful candidate would be expected to work with the CEO, Director for Academy Development and Director for Finance and Operations to lead the strategic development of the Trust.

The Director for Central Services and Schools will have the following main duties:

• Member of the senior leadership team of the Trust;
• Facilitating collaboration and innovation across the different parts of the Trust, building on our current good practice and motivating and inspiring us to greater heights; 
• Performance management of the Senior Headteachers;
• Performance management of the Service Managers for Family Services, Therapy Services and Professional Development and Support Services;
• Research and Development.

This role has arisen as a result of a re-structuring of the Senior Leadership roles in the Trust to take into account its growth and ambition. It is important that all prospective candidates are fully aware of the aims, aspirations and organisational set-up of the Eden Academy Trust as one of the largest special school Multi Academy Trust (MAT) in the country.
