The Nord Anglia International School Al Khor is a highly successful school which educates approximately 900 young learners from more than 41 nationalities. The implemented curriculum is broad and balanced drawing on the best academic practices from across the world. Together, the English National Curriculum combined with the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) ensure that our students have creative and challenging learning experiences that will prepare them for Advanced levels and beyond. The school has been accredited by Qatar National Schools Accreditation (QNSA) and is a member of the British Schools of the Middle East (BSME).

What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and education, and committed to delivering a first-class experience to our families throughout their journey with the school, including getting to know each family’s unique needs and situation. You will be highly capable in all aspects of sales and marketing across the customer (parent and student) journey, including strategic planning and creating prospective parent conversion plans. In addition to possessing excellent attention to detail and superb communications skills, you will be goal and results orientated, and you will also bring a deep understanding and passion to deliver best-in-class customer service. You will be an avid team player, keeping admissions colleagues, the School Leadership Team and the wider staff involved and informed throughout the journey, as you engage prospective families whilst maintaining loyalty amongst our current families.

The successful candidate will:           

• Ideally have at least three years’ experience in a customer focused setting and/or business development role (for example in the hospitality/hotel or private school sectors)

• Ideally be based in Qatar

• Have had success in building and optimising networks

• Possess exceptional follow-through and analytical skills

• Have exceptional experience in campaign development and event management

• Have a demonstrable track record of success in a senior sales, marketing or business development role

• Be able to take advantage of data and metrics-driven performance enhancement

• Have experience in managing and leading teams.

Selection process

The closing date for application is Thursday 31 January 2019. Interviews will be conducted by Skype or telephone with the Regional Director of Admissions and Marketing (Europe and Middle East) and final interviews will take place at the school. Candidates are encouraged to apply early as the school reserves the right to appoint before the closing date.

Our curriculum model and international accreditations

A Nord Anglia Education school since 2012, NAISAK prides itself on being a British curriculum school with a global outlook. Our 3-18 education begins with the English EYFS Framework. We then deliver a bespoke Primary curriculum based on the National Curriculum for England but tailored to meet the needs of our local and international students. Secondary students study for iGSCEs, AS and A levels, providing the best possible preparation for university entrance. NAISAK holds Qatar National Schools Accreditation (QNSA) as well as British Schools Overseas (BSO) status.
