The Gold Standard Charitable Trust is a Registered charity, connected to Alpha Plus Group, whose sole purpose is to widen access to outstanding education. Each year the Gold Standard Charitable Trust (GSCT) offers support to parents of talented pupils whose circumstances would otherwise put an independent school education beyond their reach. We work closely with our partner schools in order to widen access, helping them to reach out to local families and supporting them through the process of identifying candidates.

About the role

Alpha Plus Group are seeking a Director of Development to achieve fundraising goals for the GSCT, by cultivating relationships with current parents and alumni, focusing especially on Major Donor’s prospects.

This experienced fundraiser will lead the GSCT development function and develop and manage an effective and comprehensive programme of fundraising, by cultivating relationships with current parents and alumni, focusing especially on Major Donor prospects. 

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a track record of effective fund raising, with quantifiable results.

Salary: Dependent on experience, with 25 days annual leave per year plus all Public Holidays.

Location: Alpha Plus Head Office, Marylebone W1
