The Members and Trustees of the Rightforsuccess Trust are seeking to employ a Director of Education and Performance to replace the current post holder who is moving on in September 2018.  We are seeking a committed professional who has proven leadership and management skills to join the executive team of the Trust.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate an ability to analyse data, drive performance across all Key Stages and support our Headteachers in raising the levels of teaching and learning in their academies. This role has the support of the Lead Professional of the Norwich Teaching School Alliance who already works extremely successfully in supporting teaching and learning across our schools and others in the County.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable skills in leadership and management and a proven track record of raising levels of attainment in particular at Key Stages 3, 4 & 5. Candidates should be outstanding practitioners with excellent interpersonal skills, who are enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated professionals.
