DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION

Full time, to commence 1st September 2020

This is an exciting new post designed to further HMC’s ability to inform and influence educational debate on a national level. The appointed candidate will support HMC members by providing specialist advice and administrative assistance to a number of HMC sub-committees. They will work as part of the HMC’s salaried leadership team in driving forward the organisation’s internal and public agenda.

The post would ideally suit a highly capable individual keen to play a significant role at the centre of education in the UK. HMC is the association representing the Heads of 300 of the country’s leading independent schools. It has another 60 international members and a growing number of partner schools being opened around the world.

The appointment comes at an exciting point in the organisation’s development as it reviews its internal structures and operations in a post-Covid world.
