We are looking to appoint a Director of Estates to join our band-new pioneering, 90,000m² state-of-the-art campus. Reporting to the Business and Development Director, you will take strategic and management responsibility for the delivery of Estate and Facilities Management.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role contributing to learner experience, ensuring that the campus and resources deliver a high-quality learning environment. You will work closely with the Business & Development Director to deliver the strategic plans in support of the overall college strategy.

To be successful, you must be educated to a degree level and have experience of operating at a senior strategic level in Estates and Facilities operations.
