Joining the Senior Leadership Team, the Director of Finance and Operations will be an important figure in the school, local community and wider GDST family, providing financial stability and operational excellence across finance, HR, IT and facilities as well as supporting and leading the school's long term strategic plans.
The successful candidate will offer first class interpersonal and leadership skills, strategic acumen and the energy and resilience to allow challenges to be viewed as opportunities. Your demonstrable track record in delivering results will likely include managing high performing teams, managing change programmes, property and facilities management and practical application of new technologies.
Directors of Finance and Operations across the GDST bring with them a diverse range of experience across a broad range of professional sectors. Above all we are looking for individuals who share our belief that thinking should be "out of the box", not "tick the box".
