The SCC Group is going through an exciting time in delivering its vision for the future. We are developing our constituent Colleges: Pendleton Sixth Form College, Eccles Sixth Form College, Worsley College, CitySkills and FutureSkills, and rapidly expanding our Apprenticeship and Higher Education provision. With a focus on delivering a first class service to students and staff, the College is seeking to recruit to this key post which will have a significant impact on implementing our strategy.
An opportunity has arisen to join us as our Director of Finance, reporting to the Corporation. As a senior post holder and Chief Financial Officer, you will be a key member of the College’s Senior Leadership team and accountable to the Chief Accounting Officer (Group Principal). You will lead on the development of financial strategies that will support the College to achieve its strategic objectives. You will also deputise for the Group Principal as required and be responsible for all aspects of the College Group’s financial budgeting and reporting processes, ensuring the College is compliant with external and internal reporting and audit requirements.
