The Academy of St Nicholas is an 11-18 Academy with nearly 900 students on roll. Applications are invited for an ambitious Leader to take up the new post of Director of Humanities.
As the Director of Humanities, you will have direct responsibility for Geography at the Academy, and will teach this subject up to KS4. As a Leader within the Academy, you will also join the Extended Senior Leadership Team, and along with holding line management responsibility for Humanities at the Academy of St Nicholas, you will also support the development of Humanities across the Trust.

· A passion for Humanities teaching
· Reliable evidence of very good to outstanding teaching with a focus on raising student achievement at KS3 and KS4.
