We believe that this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to make a significant contribution to the development of All Saints Academy. This is a new post within the Academy which has been created to strengthen the Inclusion team and we are seeking to appoint a dynamic, ambitious individual who will promote and develop it.
We are offering this role as Director of Inclusion as we wish to attract a colleague with appropriate experience. As a result we expect the successful candidate to make a real difference to the life chances of the students we serve and support us on our journey to outstanding.
We are looking for a Director of Inclusion who will raise expectations and help and support students who have Individualised Pathways.
As a senior member of staff you will contribute to the overall leadership and management of the Academy and be active in promoting its aims, and supporting an ethos that promotes achievement and high standards.
