We are looking to appoint a high quality, experienced and committed leader to join the college at an exciting time in our journey to excellence. The successful candidate must be able to enthuse, inspire and motivate both staff and students. This is an exciting and significant leadership position and one that will be highly influential in driving the inclusion agenda from KS3-KS5. You will need to establish an effective working relationship with all stakeholders in order to be effective in your role as SENDCo.
