We seek someone committed to delivering positive outcomes for our young people, our staff, our families, and the wider community. Through strong leadership, project management skills, enthusiasm for learning and the ability to inspire and motivate others as a role model, you will harness the key strengths and energy of our schools. This post will provide opportunities to establish innovative ways of leading and managing learning as well as allowing the development of creative approaches and solutions which will further raise standards and create a climate of success for everyone.

We are looking someone who is able to understand what our DLP is all about, and be able to deliver the next phase of development, so RGS can be sure it is leveraging all of the new and exciting opportunities afforded in a learning environment, when technology is deployed, understood and used effectively. You may or may not be a teacher by profession and you may not work in education at present.
