Director of Learning - Science

​​​​​​​We know it can be difficult to recruit exceptional teachers into departmental leadership positions, so we are offering a Recruitment and Retention Bonus of £3,000 - £5,000 for the successful candidate who takes on this role (amount based on prior experience and vision/capacity to further improve the department). Half of the bonus is payable in your first month, and the second half is payable in August 2023 provided you are still employed and are not working a notice period).
