AISL, the holding company of Harrow International Schools, the Innovation Leadership Academies and Little Lions Childhood Development Centres, has ambitious expansion plans and is now seeking an experienced, strategic leader in the newly created role of Director of Lower School Education. Based in Hong Kong or Shenzhen and reporting to the Director of Education, this individual will lead the development of primary curriculum across our growing group of Harrow International Schools and Innovation Leadership Academies. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a leading global schools group as it enters an exciting and bold new phase in its development.  

The appointed candidate will combine a track record of highly successful primary school leadership experience developed as a Head or in a group or system-wide role. He or she will blend strong communication skills with the vision and strategic capabilities to contribute to the expansion of a leading international education brand. A deep understanding of the latest curriculum developments in primary education is essential, as is the gravitas and professional authority to inspire a growing family of schools in pursuit of even greater success.
