We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive individual who possess prior experience and success as a Data Manager to play a pivotal role in enhancing Richard Huish’s MIS systems and delivery of high-quality reports and accurate database management.

You will work closely with managers across the College, ensuring that MIS effectively plan and make best use of existing college systems, including further developing UNIT-e and other packages identifying and implementing opportunities for efficiency in the production of complex reports and request for course managers and the senior staff.

The overall requirement of the Director of MIS and Exams is to lead the day-to-day activities in relation to enrolment, timetables, registers, and funding compliance, to ensure that the College funding returns to stakeholders are on time, accurate and compliant. This role sits on the Senior Management Team and is expected to contribute to the strategic development and effective operation of the College.

A meticulous approach to data checking is important, along with an excellent understanding of how IT underpins management decision making and processes. Equally important are excellent skills in SQL Query writing.

• Salary: Support staff pay scale 35-39 (£44,243 - £48,398) Depending on experience
