The Governing Body and Headmaster of The King’s School Worcester are seeking to appoint an experienced operations professional to join this dynamic and thriving school. The postholder is responsible for ensuring the effective leadership, coordination and running of operational support services across the Foundation.

King’s School comprises three schools in Worcester, and is co-educational for children aged 2– 18.

The successful individual will report directly to the Headmaster with responsibility to the Governing Body.

Candidates must have proven operational experience at a senior level, strong communication and relationship building skills at all levels. 

Working closely with the Headmaster you will help formulate and drive strategy looking at ways to manage the support operations within three busy schools aiming to give a professional  customer service to staff, pupils and parents. The key requirement is to be able to multi task and provide calm effective leadership to the support functions within the schools.
