Are you an outstanding practioner who is ready to take on a strategic role overseeing teaching and learning? We are looking to appoint a lead professional responsible for raising the quality of teaching and learning, setting high expectations for pupils and staff across the school. Hodge Hill Girls’ School is a multicultural, oversubscribed girls’ school with 750 pupils on roll. We were inspected by Ofsted in March 2017 and the school was judged as Good overall and pupil behaviour was judged to be outstanding.

  • - ensure anyone contracted to work on a self-employed basis or workers supplied by agencies meet the fluency requirement, where they are working in relevant roles.
  • - amend complaints policies to reflect the new duty.
