We are offering all students who have been or are currently on placement at one of our secondary academies, a unique opportunity to secure a place as an Early Career Teacher (ECT) within the Trust.

Our fantastic Student Teacher Recruitment Scheme is open to high calibre student teachers who are following a one year programme or are in the final year of an Initial Teacher Training programme. ​​​​​​​

If successful, you will:

  • Secure a place of your choosing, or be assigned to, a host academy where you will complete your two year induction training programme.
  • Be paid upon completion of your studies as un unqualified teacher until your QTS is confirmed.
  • You may be entitled to the government's ‘levelling up premium payment’ of up to £3K.
  • Receive continuous support and development
  • And when the time is right for you to take your next step in your career, we can help to find the right opportunity in one of our 15 schools.
