32.5 hours per week – term time plus 5 inset days

Salary – Scale 4 Spinal Point 18 – 21 (£18,870 – £20,541 pro rata)

plus London Weighting (£1,885 pro rata) circa (£16,458 - £17,783 inclusive LW)

We are looking for an Early Years Educator who has NVQ3 or equivalent childcare qualification and who has the following:

• Experience      of working with young children in Reception and Key Stage 1 and the      enthusiasm and ability to motivate young children and build on their      successes
• Excellent      communication and organisational skills
• A      commitment to high expectations to meet the needs of all children
• Good      knowledge and understanding of the EYFS/Key Stage 1 curriculums and how      young children learn and the ability to contribute to planning.
• The      ability to assess children accurately and contribute to their learning      portfolios. 
• Experience      of working collaboratively within a team of people to provide a      stimulating learning environment
• The      ability to share your expertise, knowledge and understanding of young      children’s needs and achievements with parents and staff

The Metropolitan, Jubilee and Bakerloo lines as well as the London Overground/Network rail are within easy reach of the school. Central London locations can easily be reached within 20 minutes from the school. The school is also accessible to major motorways (M25, M1, M40 and A40 etc.).
